Building for the Future in Swaziland
Adventures in Missions has been working in Swaziland since 2004. Through strategic partnerships and raising up our own leaders, we now see the ministry serving 7,000 orphans and vulnerable children through community development, agriculture, renewable energy solutions, leadership development, sports, music, medical, and more.
The Anchor Center is the campus and ministry site we are building to pursue our vision of vocational training and ultimate sustainability for this community. Sustainable people make up whole and healthy families, strong and active churches, productive and successful businesses.
They are the cornerstones of sustainable communities. The Anchor Center will include staff offices, a CarePoint, housing for visiting teams, a playground for children, a clinic, a community garden, and with your help, our very first Vocational Training Center!
Our goal is to raise $33,000 for the construction of this Vocational Training Center. Local businesses are looking for skilled workers in the areas of welding, electrical, and mechanics. Our Swazi community members already have access to discipleship, leadership training, and coaching. Vocational training is a foundational and missing piece to help them stand on their own two feet as Christ-followers and sustainable people.
This campaign is completed, it successfully raised $35,065! It’s not too late to help us make positive change in Eswatini!
